Product Description
The SMC VQ100 is a 5-port pilot valve with integral silencer, designed for controlling pneumatic actuators in industrial automation applications where reliable valve operation and noise reduction are important. This pilot valve features the 5-port configuration (pressure, cylinder ports A and B, exhaust ports EA and EB) required for controlling double-acting cylinders with independent control of extend and retract motions. The integral silencer reduces exhaust port noise, making the VQ100 suitable for environments where noise levels must be controlled. The compact modular design allows manifold mounting for multi-valve installations, reducing tubing and wiring complexity. The VQ100 supports both single solenoid (single coil) and double solenoid (latching) configurations.
