The CPU 226 offers substantial memory resources with 16KB program memory and 10KB data memory, enabling complex control strategies and large user programs. With 6 high-speed counters operating at 30kHz and multiple communication options including PPI, Modbus RTU, and freeport modes, this controller supports advanced automation architectures. The dual communication ports enable simultaneous programming and HMI connectivity without additional modules.
