The Omron C200H-NC111 is a single-axis position control unit designed to add high-performance motion control capabilities to C200H, C200HS, and C200HX/HG/HE PLC systems. This unit generates high-speed pulse trains for controlling stepper drives or servo drives with pulse/direction inputs, enabling precise positioning control for packaging, assembly, and material handling applications. The NC111 supports both absolute and incremental positioning modes, with backlash compensation and electronic gear functions for complex motion profiles. The unit provides 250,000 pulses per second maximum output frequency, adequate for most stepper and microstepping applications.
