Product Description

The MELSEC-F FX1N-40MR is a 40-point base unit with relay outputs, offering an economical solution for applications requiring switching of AC loads or higher current ratings than solid-state outputs can provide. This PLC unit provides 24 digital inputs and 16 relay outputs, with each output capable of handling up to 2A at 250V AC or 2A at 30V DC, making it suitable for direct connection to contactors, solenoid valves, and indicator lamps without external relay interfaces. The relay output configuration provides galvanic isolation between the PLC electronics and the load circuit, protecting against voltage transients and allowing switching of heterogeneous voltage systems.
