Product Description

The KEYENCE LV-H32 is a diffuse reflective laser sensor featuring a visible red Class 2 laser spot that enables reliable detection across a range up to 1 meter, regardless of target color or surface texture variations. The diffuse reflective detection principle provides consistent detection of glossy, matte, textured, or uneven surfaces without the alignment challenges of retroreflective sensors or the distance limitations of proximity sensors. The LV-H32 features automatic power adjustment that compensates for dirt accumulation on the lens, maintaining reliable detection in dusty manufacturing environments where other sensors would fail. The compact housing with built-in amplifier and the visible laser spot simplify installation and alignment, making this sensor ideal for high-volume OEM applications.
